Front Nine
Tree-lined fairways and multiple elevation changes make the Whitetail Run front nine a challenge for all skill levels. With three sets of tees from 2600 yards to 3100 yards, all of the clubs in your bag will be used.
The front nine is a well matured 9 holes first developed in 1926 and redesigned in 1996. Keeping your tee shot in the fairway is paramount in order to have a clear shot to the well bunkered and tree protected greens. Our roughs are maintained at a board of directors specified height to ensure uniformity and the bunkers are filled with a high quality sifted and washed sand. The greens are likewise cut at a board specified height making speed control uniform and predictable throughout all 18 holes.
Back Nine
Opened for play in August of 1996, the plush fairways and challenging greens compliment the layout of this links style 9 holes.
As soon as you tee off on #10 you will notice the challenges that await you on the back nine. If you are a golfer that enjoys a risk-reward golf shot, you will be enthused with the possibilities.
The option of hitting your driver and leaving a short iron into the green is a possibility on a number of holes, but hitting the driver can also lead you to a challenging second shot.
Some of the highlights on your trek to the back nine will include numerous picturesque shots, wildlife sightings, wildflowers and magnificent water hazards.
Challenging risk-reward shots, fully matured greens and fairways, picturesque water hazards and links style golf will satisfy all of your senses and emotions.
We now have Senior Tee’s on all 18 holes.
